THE EXPERIENCE:

Some tables are meant to be seen.

This one is meant to be discovered.

The Unseen Table is a four-five-hour, full tasting-menu experience where culinary history meets contemporary imagination.

Throughout the evening, guests will move through a progression of thoughtfully composed tastings inspired by the cultures, ingredients, techniques, and culinary influences that have helped shape the American table over the last 250 years.

Historic inspiration is interpreted through a modern lens—incorporating contemporary technique, unexpected presentation, immersive visual elements, live music, performance, and an environment transformed through botanical design.

The complete menu will not be revealed prior to the event.

The discovery is part of the experience.

The Unseen Table is a private, invitation-inspired culinary event combining:

    - Multi-course tasting menus

    - Live culinary demonstrations

    - Artistic performances

    - Music and immersive entertainment

    - Luxury hospitality

    - Curated partnerships and special guest appearances

Because of the complexity of producing this one-of-a-kind experience, certain operational aspects of the event may reasonably change as planning progresses.

Guests acknowledge that the Company may make substitutions or modifications that preserve the overall quality and integrity of the experience.
