Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Policy

All ticket sales for The Unseen Table are subject to this Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Policy.

 

Because each reservation is made for a limited-capacity, custom-produced luxury experience, tickets are subject to the following cancellation terms:

 

Guest Cancellation Deadline

 

Guests may cancel their ticket purchase and request a refund through November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@unseentable.com on or before the cancellation deadline.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, less any non-refundable payment processing or third-party ticketing fees, where permitted by applicable law and disclosed at the time of purchase.

 

After November 15, 2026

 

Beginning November 16, 2026, all ticket sales are final.

 

No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason after the cancellation deadline, including but not limited to:

 

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Travel delays or cancellations

  • Illness or injury

  • Failure to attend

  • Weather affecting a guest’s travel

  • Changes in personal circumstances

 

This policy is subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Event Changes

The Unseen Table reserves the right to make reasonable operational changes, including changes to the venue, event schedule, participating chefs, entertainers, menu, sponsors, production elements, seating arrangements, or other event details.

 

Reasonable changes made in good faith to preserve the quality and integrity of the event do not, by themselves, entitle a guest to a refund.

 

Event Postponement or Cancellation

If The Unseen Table is postponed, relocated, or canceled by NGC Collaborations LLC, ticket holders will be notified promptly using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

 

Any refund, ticket transfer, or other remedy offered by the Company will be communicated at that time and will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s published policies.

 

VIP Reservations

VIP admission remains subject to approval and verification. If a VIP reservation is not approved before a ticket is issued, any payment authorization or completed purchase will be canceled or refunded in accordance with the applicable payment processor’s procedures.

 

Chargebacks

Guests agree to contact The Unseen Table before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that billing or ticketing concerns may be reviewed and, where possible, resolved.

 

The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that it reasonably believes are fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

   Fraud Prevention, Payment Security & Chargeback Policy

The Unseen Table and NGC Collaborations LLC are committed to protecting our guests, sponsors, chefs, artists, vendors, employees, and business partners from fraudulent activity while maintaining the integrity of this exclusive event.

 

To safeguard all parties, the Company reserves the right to implement reasonable fraud prevention and payment verification procedures before issuing or confirming tickets.

 

Payment Verification

 

The Company may require additional verification for any ticket purchase, particularly for VIP or other high-value transactions. Verification may include:

 

  • Government-issued photo identification

  • Billing address confirmation

  • Verification of the payment method

  • Identity confirmation

  • Additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify the purchaser

 

Failure to complete requested verification within the requested timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation before admission.

 

Fraudulent Transactions

The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any reservation where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the transaction involves:

 

  • Unauthorized use of a payment card or account

  • Identity theft

  • Fraudulent payment information

  • Material misrepresentation during the purchase process

  • Ticket counterfeiting

  • Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets

  • Use of automated purchasing tools or other unauthorized methods

  • Chargeback fraud or other unlawful conduct

 

Chargeback Resolution

If a guest believes a billing error has occurred, they are encouraged to contact The Unseen Table promptly so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved before initiating a payment dispute.

 

The Company reserves the right to provide documentation to payment processors or financial institutions to respond to chargebacks or other payment disputes in accordance with applicable payment network rules and applicable law.

 

Reservation Holds

 

The Company may temporarily place a reservation on hold while completing payment verification or investigating a potentially fraudulent transaction.

 

Refusal of Admission

The Company reserves the right to deny or revoke admission if it reasonably determines that a ticket was obtained through fraud, unauthorized payment, material misrepresentation, or another material violation of these Terms & Conditions.

 

Cooperation with Authorities

Where appropriate, the Company may cooperate with payment processors, financial institutions, insurance carriers, law enforcement, and other appropriate governmental authorities in investigating suspected unlawful activity.

 

Reservation of Rights

NGC Collaborations LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including the right to pursue appropriate civil remedies and to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities for investigation.

 

These measures are intended to protect the security of our guests, preserve the integrity of The Unseen Table, and promote a safe and trusted ticketing experience.

Governing Law, Venue & Dispute Resolution

       These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the purchase of tickets, attendance at, or participation in The Unseen Table, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to Florida’s conflict of law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the parties agree that any lawsuit or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the event shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Florida law generally permits parties to designate Florida law to govern their agreement, subject to applicable legal requirements. (Online Sunshine⁠)

 

Before filing a lawsuit, the guest and NGC Collaborations LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and allowing 30 days to attempt resolution.

 

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Except where prohibited by applicable law or otherwise provided in a written agreement between the parties, each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and legal costs unless a court orders otherwise or a statute provides for their recovery.

Voluntary Participation, Guest Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

      The Unseen Table is an exclusive, immersive culinary experience featuring an original multi-course tasting menu, artistic presentations, and live entertainment designed to introduce guests to unique ingredients, flavors, textures, culinary techniques, and sensory experiences.

 

By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, each guest acknowledges and agrees that:

 

  • Participation in The Unseen Table is entirely voluntary.

  • The guest is choosing to attend of their own free will and is not under any obligation or coercion to participate.

  • The guest has had an opportunity to review the event description and these Terms & Conditions before purchasing a ticket.

  • The guest understands that the menu is a chef-curated tasting experience that may include rare, seasonal, imported, unfamiliar, or specialty ingredients and culinary techniques.

  • The guest understands that menu items, ingredients, and presentations are intended to be a surprise and that the complete menu may not be disclosed in advance.

  • The guest understands that participation may involve foods, flavors, aromas, textures, temperatures, and presentations that are unlike those found in traditional dining experiences.

  • The guest voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with consuming food and beverages served during the event, including the possibility of food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, or adverse reactions, and acknowledges that no dining environment can guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contact.

  • The guest is responsible for considering their own dietary needs, medical conditions, and food sensitivities before attending.

  • The guest agrees to follow all instructions provided by event staff regarding guest safety and the operation of the event.

 

By attending The Unseen Table, each guest confirms that they are voluntarily participating in this unique culinary experience and accept the inherent characteristics and ordinary risks associated with a chef-curated tasting menu and live event, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Guest Conduct & Security Policy

    The Unseen Table is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and memorable experience for all guests, chefs, artists, performers, sponsors, staff, and business partners. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner throughout the event.

 

As a condition of admission, guests agree to comply with all event policies and to follow the reasonable instructions of event staff, venue personnel, and security personnel.

 

Expected Conduct

Guests are expected to:

 

  • Treat fellow guests, chefs, artists, performers, sponsors, and staff with courtesy and respect.

  • Follow all published event policies and reasonable instructions from event personnel.

  • Respect the venue, décor, artwork, equipment, and event property.

  • Maintain appropriate behavior consistent with a luxury dining experience.

 

Prohibited Conduct

 

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in denial of admission or removal from the event:

 

  • Disorderly, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or violent behavior.

  • Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or unwanted physical contact toward any guest, employee, performer, chef, artist, vendor, or security personnel.

  • Intoxication that, in the reasonable judgment of event staff, creates a safety risk or substantially disrupts the event.

  • Theft, vandalism, intentional property damage, or unauthorized removal of Company or venue property.

  • Possession or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances not lawfully possessed.

  • Bringing weapons or prohibited items into the venue in violation of event policy or applicable law.

  • Unauthorized entry into kitchens, preparation areas, backstage, production areas, staff-only areas, or other restricted spaces.

  • Interfering with chefs, performers, artists, photographers, videographers, production staff, or event operations.

  • Unauthorized commercial activity, solicitation, promotion, or distribution of materials.

  • Counterfeit tickets, credential sharing, or unauthorized use of another person’s ticket or identification.

 

Security Screening

To promote the safety of all attendees, guests and their personal belongings may be subject to reasonable security screening before entering the venue, where permitted by law.

 

Guests who refuse required security screening may be denied admission.

 

Alcohol Service

Alcoholic beverages, if offered as part of the event, will be served responsibly.

 

The Company reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated or whose continued consumption may present a safety concern.

 

Removal from the Event

The Unseen Table reserves the right to deny admission or remove any guest whose conduct materially violates these Terms & Conditions or creates a safety, security, or operational concern.

 

Where removal is necessary, the guest may be escorted from the premises by event staff or security personnel.

 

Removal from the event for a material violation of these policies will not entitle the guest to a refund, credit, exchange, or future admission, except where required by applicable law.

 

Property Damage

Guests may be held responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the venue, event property, equipment, furnishings, décor, artwork, or other property belonging to The Unseen Table, NGC Collaborations LLC, the venue, sponsors, vendors, or other third parties.

 

Emergency Procedures

Guests agree to comply promptly with emergency instructions issued by event staff, venue personnel, security personnel, first responders, or public safety officials in the event of an emergency or evacuation.

 

These policies are intended to protect the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all attendees while preserving the exceptional experience that defines The Unseen Table.
