Born and raised in Southern California, my love for food has taken me from California to Oregon and Florida, where I have had the opportunity to learn from a variety of cuisines and talented chefs. Along the way, I have cooked in everything from theme parks to fine dining, hotels, resorts, and private clubs. Through every experience, one thing has stayed the same. I always bring a little piece of my Mexican heritage into everything I create because it is a part of who I am and the story I love to share through food.
