My love for cake decorating has taken me on an incredible journey that’s been equal parts creativity, precision, and a little bit of buttercream magic. After graduating high school, I pursued my passion through the Baking and Pastry program at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, where I learned the foundations of the craft and discovered just how much I loved bringing ideas to life through cake.
After getting my start at a small bakery in Irvine, I packed up my piping bags and moved to Las Vegas in 2015 to continue chasing bigger opportunities. More than 11 years later, I’ve had the privilege of decorating cakes at some of the valley’s most well-known bakeries, sharpening my skills with every celebration I’ve been a part of. Whether it’s an elegant wedding cake, a fun birthday design, or a one-of-a-kind custom creation, my favorite part is turning someone’s vision into something that’s almost too beautiful to eat… almost.
